Amber Alert Issued for California Teen (Carlos Tovar -15)

Springfield, IL, November 05, 2006 --(PR.com)-- The Beaumont Police Department and The California Highway Patrol have issued and Amber Alert for Carlos Tovar an Hispanic Male age 15. Carlos Tovar has been abducted by three unknown Hispanic males.

The suspects were armed with handguns and are considered armed and dangerous. If spotted citizens are asked do not approach. You are asked to contact the California Highway Patrol or your nearest law enforcement agency.

The suspect vehicle is a 2003 Grey Dodge Durango with California license plates 6W6 7128. The suspects are believed to be en route toward Ventura, California.
