Oregon Home Stager Receives RESA-PRO Designation

Salem, OR, March 17, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Creative Concepts and Contracting is proud to announce that founder, Margaret Oscilia, has received the RESA-PRO designation from the Real Estate Staging Association. This is the only professional designation for Professional Home Stagers governed and regulated by the association.

The RESA-PRO designation holds Professional Home Stagers to the highest levels of integrity, ethics and business standards in order to protect the consumer. Home Stagers applying for the designation are required to take an Ethics Course and test with a grade of 80% or more to pass. Oscilia passed with a score of 100%.

The Real Estate Staging Association also requires verifications that candidates are well established home staging experts, providing licensed and insured professional services. Continuing education requirements are required in order to maintain this professional designation.
