Tucson, AZ, March 18, 2010 --(PR.com
)-- ArtFire’s new Art Daily Blog will not only feature general news to the community, it will feature columns from the heads of the different ArtFire company departments. Whether working in technical programming, social media, or search engine optimization, every department on ArtFire will be responsible for sharing news with the artisan community.
ArtFire’s newly redesigned and remodeled Art Daily blog will feature regular updates from the CEO and COO, as well as weekly columns from the Director of SEO, the Content Department Head, The lead Programmer, and the Director of SMO for the site. These different columns will focus on discussing what is going on in each of the different departments on ArtFire, will share news and updates from their relevant industries, and share important business tips for artisan sellers in the community.
“ArtFire has always focused on being transparent and open about site developments with our members,” Said John Jacobs, CEO of ArtFire.com. “We feel these columns will take it one step further by establishing regular communication between staff and the community.”
ArtFire.com was founded in November of 2008, and since then has grown based on the principles of Community Directed Development. This philosophy opens up different aspects of development to the community, allowing them to help determine the site’s direction as it grows. Because of this, ArtFire has always been transparent and open about important site changes. The new Art Daily blog and its regular columns are just another way ArtFire is opening itself up to the community.
