)-- Le Meridien Amman, a member of Starwood Hotels and Resorts, kicked off its annual sales blitz on Sunday, March 21st, where associates visited repeated, new and potential accounts throughout the city of Amman.
Over 20 associates from different departments took part in the sales blitz, including the food and beverage, rooms, reservations, HR, finance and marketing. The six teams raced through Amman to reach destinations and cover as many appointments as possible.
Mr. Najib Nasser, Director of Sales and Marketing, commented on this initiative by saying: “The five-day blitz is one of the key selling tools that aims at touching base with repeated accounts, solidifying relationships with new ones, and accommodating the needs and expectations of potential ones. The importance of face-to-face meetings where personal relationships are built and strengthened should not be underestimated, as it is the basis of all successful businesses.”
The blitz will be concluded today over a “Thank You” dinner for the associates’ great efforts at the Italian restaurant; Enzo.
