Veteran Medical Device Designer to Share Insights at the Medical Development Group's 2010 Business Matchmaking Event

Waltham, MA, March 26, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Navigating the fluctuating headwinds involved in developing innovative medical technologies and bringing them to market is critical for medical device designers, manufacturers and their supplier partners. Ted Kucklick, a veteran medical device designer and co-founder of Cannuflow, Inc., a company that develops medical devices for arthroscopic surgery, will share his insights on this process in his presentation, “The Innovation Landscape: Everything is in Flux, Including the Status Quo” at the 2010 Business Matchmaking Event on April 19 at the Newton Marriott from 2:30 – 9 p.m.

Now in its third year, the 2010 Business Matchmaking Event connects buyers and suppliers in the medical device industry via 10 minute “speed-dating” match-ups to discuss specific product requirements. At the event, Mr. Kucklick will address issues such as the maze of FDA regulations, the need for patent reform, and lessons learned from past pioneers in the medical device industry who successfully charted a course across a changing innovation landscape.

Network, connect and learn from others in the medical device community. Buyers and suppliers can go to www.meddevgroup.org/sig_events.htm to sign up. Space is limited and the registration deadline is midnight, April 14, 2010.
