)-- Robina Floors, a leading provider of engineered wood and laminate flooring, announces a new distribution partner in the northeast. Wood Pro, Inc., with five warehouse and showroom locations servicing New England and eastern New York State, has earned the title of “The Wood Floor Experts” by providing customers with materials, knowledge, training and support for any floor project.
"Our vision to provide a unique combination of quality and value in our flooring products backed by consistent customer service has not changed," said Jason Loh, president of Robina Floors. “We seek the same values in our distributors and have found them in Wood Pro.”
Wood Pro's Dealer Sales Manager, Peter Nolan, comments that "By adding laminate to our solid and engineered wood flooring product mix, we can expand the selection available to our dealer partners, and help them drive sales in this growing category. We are excited for the opportunity the Robina laminate line will provide for Wood Pro.”
Peter goes on to say “Robina laminate is a high quality product, engineered with a superior locking mechanism for ease of installation. We are not getting into laminate to compete on the low-end with the big box and club stores. We believe our independent specialty retailers will be successful with a better, more valuable product, which will result in a more profitable opportunity for both of us."
Frank Suplee, Regional Sales Manager for Robina adds that “Over the past year, Robina has cultivated a great partnership in the southeast with Wood Pro’s affiliated company Custom Wholesale Floors, Inc. We see great potential for long-term, mutual success in the northeast as well."
Wood Pro, Inc. will launch distribution of Robina Floors’ Everyday Series, Heavyweight Series and Designer Series laminate collections by mid-spring 2010.
Robina Floors is a subsidiary of The Robin Group, an international family of diverse companies in operation for almost five decades. Robina Floors is headquartered just north of Atlanta, Georgia, at the center of the domestic flooring industry.
