Obscure Rock Singer/Indie Filmmaker Releases Complete Lyrics and Collected Poetry Books Simultaneously

Jason Martinko, a singer/songwriter and indie filmmaker from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, has released a book of complete song lyrics and a book of collected poetry. Both volumes can be found at the online marketplace www.lulu.com/martinko.

Pittsburgh, PA, April 04, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Jason Martinko, a singer/songwriter and indie filmmaker has released a book of complete song lyrics and a book of collected poetry. He published both volumes on the online marketplace Lulu.com.

“These two volumes are comprised of all the works I’ve written from 1992 through the present day,” says Martinko, author of "The Jason Martinko Revue: The Complete Lyrics" and "Collected Works." “The lyrics book includes all the songs I’ve recorded with my band on our four indie studio releases. It also contains songs from studio outtakes, live performances, home recordings and several unrecorded pieces,” says Martinko. The lines in these books are a testament of a young man coming of age, struggling with the temptations of sin, sex, drugs, death and madness, all the while performing music in seedy bars, juke joints and strip clubs along the east coast of the United States.

"The Jason Martinko Revue: The Complete Lyrics" ($34.99) and "Collected Works" ($24.99) can be ordered in hardback editions from Lulu Enterprises, Inc. 3101 Hillsborough Street, Raleigh, NC 27607 or by following the link at www.lulu.com/martinko. Shipping and handling charges vary.
