GlutenFreePromise.com is based in Malvern, PA and was started by former Buffalonian Greg Zakowicz. After watching friends and family, both in Buffalo and out of state, suffer not only from Celiac Disease and gluten intolerance, but also from the difficulties of finding gluten free products on their local store shelves, he created a one-stop-shop for those suffering from the affliction.

Celiac Disease is a digestive condition triggered by consumption of the protein gluten, which is found in foods containing wheat, barley or rye. Although no treatment can cure Celiac Disease, those suffering can effectively manage it through maintaining a diet free of gluten.

GlutenFreePromise.com is not your ordinary on-line store. The website dedicates itself to providing a personal connection and consists of gluten free recipes, a blog of gluten free experiences and suggestions, and educational resources for those dealing with Celiac Disease and gluten intolerance.
