Pro-Staff Discusses Spring Recovery 2010

Orlando, FL, April 19, 2010 --(PR.com)-- "The coldest and most prolonged winter in 20 or 30 years is finally past and spring has sprung" proclaimed Bob Welch, owner of Pro-Staff Termite & Pest Control at their most recent staff meeting. Mr. Welch went on to say that "St. Augustine turf grass is a tropical grass that has suffered moderate to severe damage throughout central Florida. Recovery from the winter will be a slow process and in many cases sod replacement will be necessary, unfortunately, sod will probably be sold at a premium and in short supply as homeowners and business’s scramble to enhance the appearance of their property". Mr. Welch’s company Pro-Staff took steps to strengthen the root systems of their customers lawns to help them survive the cold weather. "We are now in full recovery mode to keep the weeds at bay and fertilize our customer’s lawns to promote growth to fill in the damaged areas" stated Mr. Welch. "We will have to work extra hard this spring to get our customers lawns in shape, but we are committed to their satisfaction and are prepared to make it happen".
