A New International Book Fest is Scheduled by Harambee Conference with a Common Ground Theme

The 1st Annual Common Ground International Book Fest 2010 will celebrate books, scholarship, and a diversity of communities on Saturday, May 8, 2010 from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM at Shepherd University, Eastern Panhandle, WV.

Shepherdstown, WV, April 28, 2010 --(PR.com)-- The 1st Annual Common Ground International Book Fest 2010 will be held at The Shepherd University Wellness Center in Shepherdstown, WV on Saturday, May 8, 2010 from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

This event is free, for all ages, and open to all in the community. "It will be a celebration of books, scholarship, and diversity," according to Dr. Pamela Sanders Ellis, President/Co-Founder of Harambee Conference, LLC., the organizer of the event. Highlights of the day will include, a main conference area for featured authors, group discussions, musical performances, and “make-a-book” craft activities. David A. Taylor, Summer Whitford, Scholastic Book Fairs, and Christian Authors on Tour are among the many featured authors and organizations.
