Dorset, United Kingdom, November 18, 2006 --(PR.com
)-- In addition to the new company website launched earlier in the year, Willow Wood has now unveiled its new online sample ordering service as the latest part of a continuing sales drive for the highly unusual letterpress stationery. Joan Bruce, co-founder of the family-run organisation, declared, "It’s the customer that counts at the end of the day and we work very hard to build products and services that our customers want."
The new service featured on the company homepage allows customers to order a sample of any wedding stationery design in the product range and have it shipped directly to their home. "We ship to Canada, the States and of course the U.K. We’re also hoping to extend the service to Europe and worldwide sometime in the new year. Customers can order extra samples to send to family or friends who maybe helping to plan the wedding or maybe even the groom if he’s one of our boys serving overseas. It’s important to be flexible."
When asked about the cost of the service, Mrs. Bruce replied, "We thought about this carefully, it’s always been our mission statement to provide services without the ‘hidden price tag’ so many seem to use these days. We make sure that all our services are free except for the bottom line purchase price. When it came to samples we decided right, we’ll charge the unit invitation price for samples plus the shipping cost but we’ll refund the full amount when the customer orders their letterpress invitations."
The new service also allows the customer to choose an ink colour for the sample to be printed in and the colour of the envelope they’d like to see. "There’s an awful lot to think about when you plan a wedding, and we try to help as much as possible. We’ve added our new colour comparison swatches to the sample service so customers can actually put colours side by side on the screen and we’ll be adding them to our new Ink Colour Catalogue which is replacing the old colour swatch page before Christmas."
