Lombard, IL, April 29, 2010 --(PR.com)-- On January 1, 2008, Stoneleigh Recovery Associates, LLC, began requiring classroom training, testing, and re-certification for all collectors as part of the company’s formal new-hire training program as announced by the company president, Rudy Knepper. In addition, Stoneleigh Recovery Associates developed a continuing education program for their employees as part of its commitment to excellence.

All debt collectors, regardless of prior industry experience or knowledge, must complete the company developed FDCPA Course and earn a passing test score prior to working on the collection floor. Incorporated into this training course and overseen by the Vice President of Operations, Steve Fuernstahl, are all the state and federal regulations that govern the industry.

Stoneleigh Recovery Associates developed the proprietary training by scrutinizing all state and federal regulations and reviewing published training materials from the ACA the leading industry organization.
