Mass Deworming & Eye Screening Camp Held for Children: a Wockhardt Foundation Initiative

A medical camp was conducted by the Mobile Medical Unit of Wockhardt Foundation in Pratiksha Nagar BMC School at Jogeshwari on Thursday 29th April 2010.

Mumbai, India, May 02, 2010 --(PR.com)-- A medical camp was conducted by Wockhardt Foundation, for children belonging to the economically marginalized section of the society studying in, Pratiksha Nagar BMC School at Jogeshwari on Thursday 29th April 2010.

The camp was held with the aim to provide thorough medical examination and eye screening for these students coming from the underserved section of society. Medication for common ailments & worm infestation was given absolutely free off cost to all the students, by Wockhardt Foundation’s team of dedicated doctors.

This indeed is a noble endeavour initiated by Wockhardt Foundation, for working towards the upliftment of the poor, weak and needy children.
