Arizona's Arrowhead Grill to Serve Special Mother’s Day Brunch on May 9

Glendale, AZ, May 06, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Valley chef Charles Wade Schwerd is cooking up several savory dishes just for Valley moms this Mother’s Day.

Schwerd’s west Valley restaurant, Arrowhead Grill, will offer a special Mother’s Day brunch from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Sunday, May 9, including the choice of honey-baked ham, barbecued glazed salmon, filet mignon and fire-roasted chicken. The cost is $29.99 per person and reservations are required.

Sides such as honey-glazed carrots, maple-mashed sweet potatoes, sautéed asparagus, AG hash browns and the restaurant’s very special creamed corn will be offered for $5.99 each.

Dessert (also $5.99) will include the restaurant’s very popular butter cake, crème brulee vanilla, banana cream pie, chocolate bread pudding as well as strawberries and chocolate fondue.
