South Bay Ballet Announces Formation of Guild

The newly formed South Bay Ballet Guild, a non-profit volunteer organization, is open to all persons interested in supporting and contributing to the growth and success of South Bay Ballet.

Torrance, CA, May 07, 2010 --(PR.com)-- South Bay Ballet is pleased to announce the formation of the South Bay Ballet Guild. The Guild’s mission is to support and promote the interests of South Bay Ballet, one of Southern California’s premiere pre-professional dance companies, through various fundraising activities, as well as involvement in outreach programs, social events and more. Promoting support and appreciation of ballet, the Guild will provide a vital link in assisting South Bay Ballet and all its endeavors, developing future audiences through community education, and supporting the Company’s artistic and executive leadership, as well as the board of directors.

“Supporting the mission and vision of South Bay Ballet is the foundation on which the Guild was established,” says Tamra Glaser, president of the South Bay Ballet Guild. “Through our activities and fundraising efforts, our ultimate goal is to help South Bay Ballet in developing tomorrow’s dancers and reaching new artistic heights today right here in the Southland.”
