Torino, Italy, May 11, 2010 --(PR.com)-- RoboToons will be at the Salone Internazionale del Libro in Torino taking place 13-17 May 2010 in Torino, Italy to present “BookLed®”, the cartoon board book for young children bringing together of two experiences – that of enjoying the reading of a book and that of enjoying a cartoon.

Mr Graziano Ravizza, CEO of RoboToon will be presenting 'Bookled: the animated cardboard book' On May 14th, 2010, room Incubatore.

When asked about the novelty of Bookled, Ravizza responded "BookLed® is the concrete response to the needs of those parents looking for an exciting way to interest their children in books and in reading. Our dear old page of paper becomes an “animated board book” that allows the young reader to enjoy the adventures of its heroes, Little Owl and the Baby Monsters and bridge the gap between the traditional books and the web experience, the e-books."

"Little Owl and the phonecall" is the first title published by RoboToons leveraging the Bookled technology and is currently available in English and Italian.

BookLed® is the missing link between traditional books and e-books: a cardboard book which integrates graphic, sound and physical animation into the pages of a traditional illustrated story. Connecting the BookLed® to a PC via the USB cable the user can enjoy the dedicated multimedia content enhancing the reading experience with the soundtrack of the book, the voiceover of the story and the animated backgrounds automatically synchronized to the page being read.
