)-- 1on1 Boxing Fitness today announced details of its Kickboxing Boot Camp. The 1on1 Boxing Fitness Kickboxing Boot Camp is a three-day per week program that uses traditional training techniques derived from the martial arts along with modern personal training techniques based on proven exercise science.
“The explosive, upbeat cardiovascular workout emphasizes footwork, body mechanics, punching and kicking combinations as well as basic offensive and defensive techniques,” said certified sports conditioning specialists and 1on1 Boxing Fitness owner Christopher Terry. “Boot camp participants will work with a partner on equipment including focus mitts, thai pads and kicking shields as well as practice resistance training and conditioning.”
The comprehensive program offers numerous health and fitness benefits including weight loss, core strength and stress reduction.
“The 1on1 Boxing Fitness Kickboxing Boot Camp will improve endurance, strength, muscle tone, coordination and flexibility,” said Terry. “It also builds lean muscle and burns fat.”

The 1on1 Boxing Fitness Kickboxing Boot Camp will take place on Tuesdays and Thursday at 6 a.m. and again at 6 p.m. as well as on Saturdays and Sundays at 9 a.m starting May 18th. Each class is 60 to 75 minutes long, costs $15 and is limited to 10 participants. Participants can also partake in 12 boot camp classes for $120.00 month.
