Studio City, CA, May 23, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Nova Loops announces the release of the "BeatWarrior Series" exclusively distributed by Big Fish Audio. This series utilizes Nova's quick strike team to produce products that reflect the ever changing face of the music industry. The emphasis is on quality products done in Acid Wav format. The new releases are Hustla Anthems: Dirty South Edition, ATL Dirty South Muzik, Dance Rock Anthems and Urban Pop Heat, with more titles being released every week.
We spoke to Donald Johnson, CEO of Nova Loops about the BeatWarrior Series.
"We are very excited to offer our quality products at Big Fish Audio. They are pioneers in the sample sound industry and we see a very fruitful partnership forming from this deal. The Big Fish Audio distribution channels are worldwide and Nova Loops can deliver a large quantity of products in a short period of time. We decided to only offer certain formats with the emphasis on the Acid WAV format because we can turn out products at a quicker rate. The .wav file is the most commonly used format in music production. They can be loaded into any sampler such as Logic, Fruity Loops, Reason, Protools, Ableton Live etc. There is a common misconception that Logic only uses Apple Loops (.aif) format and Reason only uses Rex format (.rx2) when in fact they both use .wav files in addition to their propriety formats. When using Logic the acidized wav files automatically conform the the master tempo set on the sampler," he said.
He added, "Modern music changes quickly and Nova Loops is able to capture the modern sounds heard on the radio and get them to market quickly so that producers can be on top of the cutting edge modern trends. Formatting for other samplers using their proprietary formats just takes way too long, so by the time a product gets to market the trends are usually over. We believe that with more and more samplers getting more sophisticated the other formats will become obsolete. Kontakt and Ableton Live are making great strides in allowing the producer to stretch the tempo and alter the pitch of a file with no noticeable artifacts." By focusing on the Acid Wav format we can be more efficient and give the producer what they really want
