Hollywood for Kids Joins Forces with the Harbour School to Create a New Generation of Superstars in Hong Kong
Partnership to Produce High Profile Film & Media Courses for Kids & Teenagers Presented by Hollywood Celebrities
Los Angeles, CA, May 28, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Hollywood for Kids, a worldwide leader in film and media education for K-12 students, today announced a strategic partnership with the Harbour School of Hong Kong to present a wide variety of educational workshops in Hong Kong, designed exclusively for kids and teenagers.
The intensive workshops, created through a unique collaboration between award-winning Hollywood professionals and child development professionals, will provide hands-on training in film acting, media production, digital animation, fashion modeling, and television news broadcasting.

According to Dr. Jadis Blurton, leading family psychologist and the Executive Director of the Harbour School, the Hollywood for Kids workshops will provide more than just an extra-curricular activity for Hong Kong students. “Both the Harbour School and Hollywood for Kids believe that a high quality education is all about learning from actual life experiences rather than reading about it in textbooks,” She added that the Hollywood for Kids educational courses will not only offer the students an excellent opportunity to learn about the exciting world of film and media arts, but also help them achieve a higher degree of self confidence, and increase their chances of success in college, work, and life in general.
Hollywood for Kids will start enrolling primary and secondary students by the end of the May for the Hong Kong workshops starting this summer.
