Customers Would Choose FirstSpirit CMS Again

London, United Kingdom, May 31, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Users of the high-end Content Management System (CMS) FirstSpirit show higher-than-average rates of satisfaction: This was confirmed in a recent customer satisfaction survey commissioned by e-Spirit, the makers of FirstSpirit. In the survey, extensive phone interviews were conducted with a random sampling of e-Spirit customers by the market research firm mind Business Consultants. 92 percent of those surveyed were "satisfied" to "very satisfied" with the CMS solution. More than 80 percent would choose FirstSpirit again and 94 percent would recommend the software to others. "Those are really excellent numbers both for willingness to buy again and to recommend the product to others," said Christian Halemba, Partner at mind Business Consultants.

The main application areas for the high-end CMS, according to survey results, are in creating and administering websites on the Internet, managing content for intranets and extranets, and for integration with such large portal solutions as SAP NetWeaver and IBM WebSphere. At most of the companies surveyed, the decision to choose FirstSpirit was made by IT departments, specialist users (e.g. from marketing), and top management. Reasons cited for the choice of FirstSpirit included flexibility, integration capability, quality of architecture, along with outstanding portal integration and user-friendliness.
