For the second time in fours years, Jacksonville topped Expansion Management Magazine's list of "America's Hottest Cities." Ponte Vedra Beach boasts the Ponte Vedra Inn & Club, named the top tennis resort in the U.S. for 2006 by TENNIS Magazine, and features the ATP Tour men's professional tennis U.S. Headquarters. Ponte Vedra Beach has the second-highest per capita income in the state, and was named "the best place to live in Florida" by Money Magazine.
The popular Amelia Island Plantation tennis club is home to the annual WTA Tour Bausch & Lomb Championships professional tennis stop.
The publisher/editor for JAX TENNIS Magazine is Richard Vach, former publications editor for the ATP Tour, and a contributing writer for Tennis Week and The Tennis Channel and TENNIS Magazine websites.
