Vancouver, Canada, June 07, 2010 --(PR.com
)-- Nearly four years in the making, Canadian pianist and composer Martin Mayer releases his new studio album, aptly titled “Alone.”
Featuring new music written through his years of touring and international concerts, Mayer will be featured mostly solo on grand piano, with a few fully-produced tracks added for good measure. The latter includes two popular Chinese songs -- "New Dream of Butterflies" by Huang An and a live recording of Luding He's "Thin Red Line," recorded in Hangzhou, China on Mayer's 2009 concert tour.
With cover art drawn by Ottawa artist Charlie Lavers, the disc is now available online on Apple's iTunes and Amazon.com, in addition to other online digital retailers.
Martin Mayer will be touring China July 15 to 25, 2010 as part of the first leg of promoting the album.
