Campbellsville University Offers Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership Online

Campbellsville University is proud to announce the newest addition to its online offerings, a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership (MAOL).

Campbellsville, KY, June 10, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Campbellsville University, a private institution located in South Central Kentucky, is proud to announce the newest addition to its online offerings, a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership (MAOL). The program, launching in the spring of 2010, will focus on the development of Christian leaders. The MAOL is new to the School of Business and Economics and will be offered both online and on campus.

Dr. Michael V. Carter, president of Campbellsville University, said, “Campbellsville University is committed to helping prepare Christian servant leadership. This master’s degree is designed to help provide such leadership training for emerging leaders of a variety of organizations in the business, civic and nonprofit sectors.”

The goal of MAOL is to teach students key organizational leadership skills. The curriculum is structured to provide students with the fundamental knowledge necessary to achieve lifelong professional growth and obtain leadership roles within organizations. The program consists of 10 courses; for a total of 30 semester hours at the 600 level of education. The program covers topics such as team dynamics, organizational theory, leadership, spirituality in the workplace and contemporary topics in organizational behavior.

The Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership is one of several online programs in Campbellsville University’s catalog.
