“We are very excited to welcome the Craft & Hobby Association to our Common Good Program. This partnership will serve both communities by empowering artisans to expand their business potential to become serious entrepreneurs using the combined tools and informational materials from CHA and ArtFire.com.”
ArtFire started the common good program to partner with different arts and craft suppliers to bridge the gap between where artisans purchase their art supplies and where they sell their finished art product. ArtFire is welcoming the Craft & Hobby Association as a resource for supply sellers to their Common Good Program, which currently consists of Delphi Glass, Jo-Ann Fabric and Craft Stores, Fabric.com, and Lion Brand Yarn.
ArtFire.com is the premier artisan marketplace for handmade, fine art, vintage, supply, design, and media sellers. Although less than two years old, ArtFire has made a name for itself by offering the most innovative tools and features for their sellers. Such features include remote checkout technology known as the Rapid Cart, which adds a mobile storefront to be displayed on blogs and websites as a widget, The Facebook Kiosk, which allows members to sell directly from Facebook, and an item importer, which allows sellers in import items from another venue to quickly and easily populate their studio on ArtFire.
