Arrowhead Grill Welcomes Maurizio De Rosa for June Wine Dinner

West Valley Restaurant Will Host Wine Expert from Italy’s Feudi di San Gregorio Winery on June 10

Glendale, AZ, June 12, 2010 --( Maurizio De Rosa and a stable of fine wines from Feudi di San Gregorio will highlight Arrowhead Grill’s monthly wine dinner on June 10.

De Rosa, who along with his family operated De Rosa and Pierino Restaurants in New York City, currently serves as the export manager for Feudi di San Gregorio Winery, located in southern Italy’s prestigious Campania region.

“Feudi di San Gregorio wines are some of the most we serve here at Arrowhead Grill,” said Chef and Owner Charles Schwerd. “It’s a very special occasion for us to be able to host Maurizio and sample some of his winery’s best vintages.”

The four-course meal kicks off at 6:30 p.m. with Dubl Falanghina and Vino Spumante Di Qualita along with a flat bread pizza. The second course will consist of a herb-stuffed calamari served with cous cous salad and La Cryma Christi Del Vesuvio.

Wild-striped sea bass and heirloom fingerling potatoes and fava beans will be accompanied by Fiano Di Avellino. The final course will include Piano Di Montevergine, Taurasi and Serpico Irpinia Aglianico served with grilled rib eye and roasted marrow bone with mustard greens and roasted cippolini onions.
