Tim Stout Joins E Source as Utility Efficiency Services Director

Boulder, CO, June 20, 2010 --(PR.com)-- E Source announced today that Tim Stout has been hired as the new director of Efficiency Services. He will be responsible for managing three utility-focused services: E Source Efficiency & Demand-Response Programs, Technology Assessment, and Intelligent Grid Services. These membership-based services provide research, best practices, tools, and unbiased analysis of technologies to utilities that are looking to improve their energy-efficiency, demand-side management, and smart grid programs.

“We’re thrilled to have Tim joining E Source. At National Grid, he built and managed one of the longest-running and largest energy-efficiency programs in North America,” said Kenneth Black, executive vice president of Member Services at E Source. “Tim’s insight and market knowledge will be a great resource for our members and E Source staff. He truly understands the challenges that utilities face in meeting ever-growing efficiency goals, and he knows how to develop efficiency programs that get results.”
