New Web Portal Devoted to Understanding the EPA’s New Source Review Process Unveiled by Citation Technologies

NSR Online Plus gives users access to thousands of hard-to-find EPA NSR-related documents.

Scottsdale, AZ, June 23, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Citation Technologies Inc. has announced the release of NSR Online Plus, a comprehensive web portal for understanding the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s New Source Review process. Citation partnered with former EPA NSR section chief Gary McCutchen to provide this one-of-a-kind resource.

“Until now, handling the EPA’s New Source Review process has been challenging for companies seeking to build or modify facilities. As part of the process, the EPA cites documents that are unavailable or hard-to-find. Now, with NSR Online Plus, companies have a single source to access these documents and much more,” said Randal Meske, President of Citation.

NSR Online Plus users have immediate access to a comprehensive body of regulations, laws, EPA policy documents, nonattainment determinations, and Gary McCutchen’s expert commentary, covering the full scope of NSR and PSD regulatory activities, both state and federal. These are presented on the acclaimed Citation platform, fully cross-linked, updated daily, and loaded with features to improve efficiency and promote collaboration. The system also notifies users when something changes.

“A typical NSR Online Plus subscriber cuts time spent researching an issue in half,” said Gary McCutchen.

Citation will be demonstrating NSR Online Plus in booth #611 at the Air & Waste Management Association’s (A&WMA’s) 103rd Annual Conference and Exhibition in Calgary, Alberta, from June 22-25, 2010.

NSR Online Plus contains more than 18,000 pages of policy related to air quality and also includes access to the Federal Register and the Code of Federal Regulations.

The subscription-based portal is now available online at http://nsronlineplus.citation.com.
