Visiting Physicians Association® Adds Scott W. McLain to St. Louis Office

He joins the office that covers the greater St. Louis area, including Jefferson, St. Charles and St. Louis counties.

McLain, M.D., has joined the organization’s practice at 8710 Manchester Rd. in St. Louis. This particular office covers the greater St. Louis area, including Jefferson, St. Charles and St. Louis counties.

In 2006, at Skyline Medical Associates in Nashville, Tenn., he earned the STARS Award for commitment to delivery of highest quality healthcare. McLain captured a similar honor in 2003 while working at Premier Medical Group in Clarksville, Tenn., receiving the Starfish Award for attaining the department’s highest score in patient satisfaction.

McLain earned his medical doctorate from the Southern Illinois University School of Medicine. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the institution, majoring in physiology and minoring in chemistry. McLain is licensed to practice in both Missouri and Tennessee, is Board Certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and is a member of the American College of Physicians, American Medical Association, Missouri State Medical Association and St. Louis Metropolitan Medical Society.
