New BlackBerry App Helps Parents Protect Kids from Predators

Los Angeles, CA, July 04, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Start-up app maker TeleBEEM releases software that tracks incoming and outgoing calls and messages on BlackBerry smartphones. The software, dubbed KidSentinel, helps parents keep track of who their kids are calling, texting, e-mailing, and sending and receiving pictures from.

Parents download and install KidSentinel on their child's BlackBerry smartphone, and the software e-mails them a daily log of their child's activities. Parents can track all data usage on the phone, including phone calls, e-mails, text messages, MMS messages, photos taken on the phone, and changes to the phone's calendar and address book. The password-protected app can't be shut off by kids, and constantly runs in the background, helping to keep kids safe.

"Technology is moving faster than parents have a chance to keep up with," says TeleBEEM founder Nick Knight. "This app lets parents give phones to their kids without losing complete control."

KidSentinel is available now from KidSsentinel.com for $49.99 for a lifetime license with free upgrades (no subscription fees). The software is on sale for 40% off until July 31st using coupon code "kidsentinel40" at checkout.
