School Garden Sails Into Wilton High School

South Salem, NY, July 15, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Teich Garden Systems LLC announced today the completion of a new garden system at Wilton High School in Wilton, Connecticut. The garden system was constructed of unstained white oak making for a striking appearance when approaching the garden. Photographs of the garden may be seen on the gallery found under the resources tab of the company website.

The Wilton High School garden demonstrates the flexibility of Teich Garden Systems. The garden, with approximately 800 square feet of planting space, has a unique shape coming to a point almost like the bow of a ship. It was constructed adjacent to the existing greenhouse and uses the side of the greenhouse and one of the school building’s walls to enclose the garden along with 2 sides of fencing.

Mark Teich, founder of TGS, noted, “We are thrilled with the Wilton High School Garden. TGS was able to build a beautiful and unique garden in an area next to the school building that might have otherwise gone unused. It is now an outdoor classroom which will provide a home for learning as well as for the plants started in the school’s greenhouse.”
