Out On the Town is the first single to be released from his new Debut CD “Out on the Town" which is due to be released June of 2011. John Carey, a Chicago Native and now Palm Springs resident, has been compared by his fans to the likes of Guitar Legends, George Benson, Norman Brown, Chuck Loeb, and Larry Carlton. He has mesmerized audiences nationwide with his rhythmic, warm, sultry, and soulful sounds, while maintaining a delicate balance of the classical sounds of smooth jazz, soul, blues, and R&B, with some new finely-tuned mysterious mixtures.
