PCMSI Answering Service Teams Up with CCFA Take Steps Walk

To show its continuing support for the work of the Crohn's & Colitis Foundation of America, Professional Communications Messaging Service, Inc. (PCMSI), a leader in the telephone answering service industry, will be participating again this year in the Take Steps, Be Heard walk at Presque Isle State Park in Erie.

Erie, PA, July 24, 2010 --(PR.com)-- After coming in first place in 2009 for corporate participation, PCMSI hopes to exceed last year’s turnout. The staff has been preparing with multiple inner-office fundraisers as well as personal donations. The mass of blue shirts will be quite an image again this weekend.

To show its continuing support for the work of the Crohn's & Colitis Foundation of America, Professional Communications Messaging Service, Inc. (PCMSI), a leader in the telephone answering service industry, will be participating again this year in the Take Steps, Be Heard walk at Presque Isle State Park in Erie.

The Crohn's & Colitis Foundation has over 50,000 members across the nation, leading it to be able to reach out to 1 out of every 18 affected patients (1.4 million Americans are affected with some form of IBD). Since it is not a government-sponsored program, it relies on donations from individuals, families and sponsoring businesses. PCMSI is proud to be a strong supporter of the CCFA and its hard work.

The Take Steps, Be Heard program encompasses over 100 walk sites nationwide yearly to help raise funds for the CCFA. Since the first Take Steps, Be Heard walk in 2008, dedicated supporters have raised over $13 million. This year is sure to bring even more success.
