Laser Spine Institute Scottsdale Promotes Lester Morales Jr.

In this position, Morales will develop the most effective ways to perform duties with superior patient service, market within the local community, supervise the management team, assist with customer service and ensure all facility operations are cost effective. With more than nine years of industry experience, Morales has a strong medical sales background and worked with Johnson & Johnson and AstraZeneca prior to joining Laser Spine Institute’s sales and marketing department in 2006.

- Morales obtained his bachelor’s degree in marketing from Florida State University in 2002, after graduating from Naval Corps School in 1996.

- Active in the local community, Morales is involved with the Scottsdale Chamber of Commerce, where he sits on two boards.
