Toronto, Canada, July 30, 2010 --(PR.com)-- The School of Professional Makeup, one of the top makeup schools in Canada, has moved to a new location.

Founded in 1998, The School of Professional Makeup has set the standard for makeup schools in Canada. Formerly located west of Spadina Avenue in downtown Toronto, the school has recently purchased a new building at 1776 Danforth Avenue East, North Side, between Coxwell and Woodbine Avenues. The new location will provide a much larger and brighter venue in which to accommodate the growing number of students enrolled in the school’s numerous programs.

“Our new location is certainly a step up from our previous address,” says Robert Closs, Founder and Managing Director. “We consider ourselves very fortunate to have found and secured such a great space for our students and faculty.”

The School of Professional Makeup offers both diploma and certificate programs in special effects, prosthetics, bridal and fashion makeup and makeup application for stage and television.

About The School of Professional Makeup: Conveniently located on the subway line at Coxwell Station, The School of Professional Makeup has been creating careers in makeup design since 1998. Both full-time and part-time courses are available.
