A Platform to Discuss Construction Project Risk Management Strategies
IQPC, the global leader in conferences, has announced the re-launch of Construction Project Risk Management Asia; a two-day conference to bring project managers and industry experts from the region’s construction industry onto a common platform.

With hundreds of infrastructure projects announced in Asia over the next decade, the need for an effective platform to bring together the best practices and solutions to avoid budget overruns and schedule delays is immense, said Ms. Sherene Asnasyous, Divisional Director of Construction IQ, IQPC Singapore.
“Over the two days, the event will feature presentations from experts from across the Asian region, including an interactive workshop on how to develop a comprehensive risk management program,” she said.
Addressing the challenges in risk management and mitigation, as well as exploring best practices for dispute resolution between multiple stakeholders, will be the prime focus of the case studies and general sessions which will be presented.
