For more than 30 years, Henry Turley Realtors has been a big player in Downtown Memphis real estate, and holds a very large inventory of homes. Research shows that the majority of homebuyers look for real estate online first. It was essential, therefore, for Henry Turley Realtors to have a strong web presence.

The main marketing goal Valeo Design & Marketing, Inc. devised was to direct as much targeted traffic as possible to the website. To accomplish this goal, Search Engine Optimization, or SEO, was used. The team researched keywords in order to select relevant keywords that would replace some of the website’s less search engine friendly words. In addition to this, enhanced site maps and custom error pages were added. And to cap it off, articles and press releases about Henry Turley Realtors were posted across the internet to increase exposure and draw more traffic.

The campaign was immediately successful. Within 6 months, traffic to the website had increased by 136%, outstanding results compared to those yielded by the Pay-Per-Click ad campaign previously implemented.
