Check Out Tread Softly Ink's Latest Interview with International Artist Gabriel Bishop

Intermedia artist, Gabriel Bishop, discusses his latest project, "Why We Smile," a dental outreach program and art installation in the Gambia.

New York, NY, August 05, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Tread Softly Ink sits down with Gabriel Bishop to talk about "Why We Smile," an inter-media art installation inspired by dental outreach in the Gambia. A successful project funded largely though www.kickstarter.com, this installation comprises several different art mediums and is set to kick off this month.

Gabriel says, "My Ideal method for creating art is through collaboration. I find collaboration to be a very challenging but rewarding endeavor. When you work with others on an idea, each individual brings something that is intrinsically unique to the project. When all is said and done, you are left with something that is greater than the sum of all its parts."

As part of its "In the Spotlight" series, Tread Softly Ink interviews fine artists, actors, and filmmakers on topics related to their chosen career paths. TSI takes an intimate look at the lives of these artists and other creative souls from around the globe in an effort to inspire further creativity and passion in others.
