Former AVX Team Joins Allied Home Technologies

Nashville, TN, August 11, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Allied Home Technologies, a Nashville-based provider of technology and services such as a/v, home theater, automation and security systems, is pleased to announce that the employee team previously comprising the Nashville office of Audio-Video Excellence (AVX) is now a part of Allied. AVX, based out of Birmingham, AL, had opened its Nashville office in 2007 and taken over the customer base previously associated with Nicholson’s Hi-Fi.

Bruce Rhodes, who managed the AVX office here, moves into a new position as VP, Business Development for Allied. “Allied was a phenomenal opportunity for us all,” says Rhodes. “We had developed some very personal relationships with our client base and were thrilled that we could come to Allied as a group. This way our customers will see the same, familiar faces. Additionally, Allied has a tremendous facility, great resources, and a terrific reputation, so those things are just icing on the cake.”

Allied operates out of a company-owned facility at 2915 Berry Hill Drive near 100 Oaks.
