Musicians from World Famous Bands Perform Concert to Benefit Critically Ill Children

Even though you’re in Baltimore, you’ll be in a “New York State of Mind” when musicians from bands like the Billy Joel Band, Bon Jovi, Saturday Night Live, Kiss, and others jam together on Saturday night, Sept. 25th at Rams Head Live at Power Plant Live! for the 8th Annual Rock and Roll Bash to benefit the children’s programs of the Casey Cares Foundation. The charity provides programs for critically ill children and their families throughout the Mid-Atlantic region.

The Casey Cares Foundation Rocks the Hearts of Musicians from Famous Bands

Get ready to rock at the Eighth Annual Rock and Roll Bash for the Casey Cares Foundation on Saturday evening, September 25th at 6:30pm at Rams Head Live in Baltimore. Musicians who play for such bands as the Billy Joel Band, Bon Jovi, Saturday Night Live, Kiss* and others get together and jam one night for the Casey Cares Foundation, a non-profit charity that provides uplifting programs with a special touch for critically ill children and their families in the Mid-Atlantic area. September is National Childhood Cancer Awareness Month.

“We feel fortunate that we are able to combine our love of music with our involvement in philanthropy,” stated Monkton resident Ellen DiMayo, co-chair of the event. Ellen’s husband, Mike DiMayo is president of the board of the Foundation and also a musician in High Voltage, an AC/DC tribute band who will also perform on September 25th.

Along with cocktails and dinner buffet, are elaborate face painting, music, dancing, body painting by Jen Seidel, and an auction extraordinaire.
