Yun Fitness Bootcamps Organizes Sixth Charity Event Benefiting Autism Awareness

Yun Fitness Bootcamps announces its sixth charity bootcamp, taking place on September 11, 2010. The boot camp will benefit Autism Awareness, an organization dedicated to funding research into the causes, preventions, and treatments for autism. Past charity bootcamps have raised over $2300 for various causes and charitable organizations in Central Ohio.

Columbus, OH, August 17, 2010 --(PR.com)-- The event will take place on Saturday, September 11, from 10:00 – 10:45 a.m., at Dexter Falls Park, 5091 Dexter Falls Road, Columbus. Participants donate a minimum of $15 to join the class, and 100 percent of the proceeds go to Autism Awareness.

Participants can expect a great workout for a great cause. Trainer Jason Yun will take the class through a dynamic warm-up, two or three body weight intervals, and an 8-10 station circuit featuring resistance bands, kettlebells, medicine balls, and more.
