Fishdom on iPad by Playrix to Hit the App Store in Mid-September

Games developer and publisher Playrix Entertainment will make Fishdom, its first internal iPad port, available to the public via App Store by mid-September. Company also announces plans to bring more of its downloadable hit games to iPad by the end of the year 2010.

Vologda, Russia, August 29, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Playrix Entertainment, developer and publisher of Fishdom, Royal Envoy, Call of Atlantis, Gardenscapes, 4 Elements and other casual games, announced that its first internal iPad port, Fishdom HD, is expected to be available on the App Store by mid-September. The developer previously announced release in June but had to postpone the official launch due to additional polishing of the iPad version. Fishdom on iPad is a high-definition adaptation of the award-winning match-3 downloadable title of the same name. Playrix also announced plans to bring several more of its downloadable hit games to the iPad by the end of the year 2010.

In Fishdom HD, players earn cash by progressing through match-3 boards and solving puzzles to earn virtual cash. They can then use it to purchase exotic fish, ornaments and plants to create an aquarium of their own design. As they complete levels, players are awarded with Cups allowing extra bonuses. Fishdom's gameplay is programmed to adapt to every individual user's skills and pace, offering exactly the level of difficulty a particular user can feel comfortable with.
