Company Name Changed to Unify Successful Products

Always associated with their successful product lines instead of the company name, Universal Products changes its company name to reflect the patriotic symbolism amongst their products. The company announced today that they officially changed their name to USA Sealants which recognizes the company’s fastest growing brands: Blue Devil, White Shepherd and Red Angel.

Baltimore, MD, September 01, 2010 --(PR.com)-- For over 12 years, Universal Products., Inc. has been a leader in the sealant auto industry. Since their establishment the company has sold enough sealant to have fixed over a million vehicles nationwide. The shining star of the line and the first to hit major auto parts nationwide is the famous, Blue Devil Head Gasket Sealant. Due to Ole Blue’s fame, the company has been simultaneously tied to this characters reputation hence overshadowing the generic Universal Products brand.

Now in 2010, all three product lines: Blue Devil, Red Angel and White Shepherd are stepping into the limelight across the USA’s top Auto Supplier’s stage. To award this successful branding of their sealant line, Universal Products, Inc. decided it was time for a company name change. The company saw the need to familiarize their customers with a company name that showcased their product lines as sealants and unify the success of the three.

USA Sealants associated with the patriotic colors: red, white and blue reflects the company’s fastest growing brands more relationally. The official name as of today is Universal Sealants of America which will tie in its previous name but will be known by its acronym USA Sealants.

To debut this new look, the company changed their website’s outfit and its URL to: USAsealants.com. It was previously gouniversalproducts.com. Customers may still utilize the site for ordering, blogging, fact-finding while also submitting their testimonials and their product videos.

The new site will also be more effective in showing non-mechanics how to use these mechanic approved sealants through demo videos. Voted as the “Professional Choice” by independent studies, (reports available by request), USA Sealants allowed mechanics to teach consumers how to use their products via a 4 minute instructional video. The consumer may also view submitted videos from other do-it-yourselfers at www.youtube.com/user/bluedevilcontest.

USA Sealants invites consumers to check out their new website and also rest assured that there has been no change in management or services. These are the same products that professionals and consumers have used for years. However, the consumer may not notice any new labels initially in their local auto parts store. Circulation time of new products labels replacing existing inventory on the shelf takes time with over 20,000 retail stores nationwide.
