Blue Peach Announces Release 3.2 of Blue Share CIFS Client / Server Software

Enterprise class file sharing features are now available for embedded and value added file sharing applications.

Austin, TX, September 09, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Blue Peach has just announced availability of release 3.2 of Blue Share, its flagship CIFS Client / Server product. Release 3.2 is focused on providing enterprise class features to Blue Share.

Release 3.2 now includes secure authentication support, Active Directory integration, protected mode operation including shared libraries and server applications, file permission and ACL awareness, network auditing, dynamic and adaptive configuration and many other features typically provided only by enterprise file sharing products.

Blue Share Release 3.2 provides these features while minimizing memory requirements and achieving higher throughput and lower overhead then native file system implementations.

"Blue Peach has found that embedded applications are demanding increasing levels of enterprise support. Our product has been designed to address this need while meeting the additional requirements of speed and size for the constrained environments of embedded devices," said Richard Schmitt, CTO of Blue Peach.

Blue Share Release 3.2 is available now. It uses no GPL code and is licensed as royalty free source code.
