The Bostitch MIIIFS and MIIIFN feature a high-speed mallet actuated design. This is much more productive than using manual tools to drive staples or cleats into hardwood flooring. The Bostitch MIIIFS and MIIIFN are also designed to drive fasteners at the proper angle and depth to prevent damage to the flooring surface. You can also adjust the tool to accommodate different tongue positions and flooring thicknesses. The Bostitch MIIIFN hardwood flooring cleat nailer drives 1-1/2" to 2" 16 gauge L shaped cleat nails, while the Bostitch MIIIFS hardwood flooring stapler drives 15.5 gauge 1/2" crown flooring staples from 1-1/2" to 2" in length. Both tools come complete with a graphite mallet, 1/2" and 3/4” base plates, and pre-finished wide flooring shoe.

For installing engineered hardwood or bamboo flooring the EHF1838K and LHF2025K will tackle your job with ease. They feature adjustable precision knobs allowing for added versatility and user convenience. A high visibility tongue and large magazine holding approximately 100 staples and 160 lbs of driving power helps speed up installation. The special profile tip along with the oil-free design prevents floor damage and decreases maintenance. Additional features include a swivel air fitting and an internal air filter.

The Bostitch EHF1838K is specifically recommended for installing 5/16" to 7/16" solid hardwood and 1/2" to 5/8" engineered/bamboo flooring. It weighs 3.47 lbs and drives 18 gauge 1/4" crown flooring staples from 1" to 1-1/2" in length. The Bostitch LHF2025K tongue and groove laminate floor stapler drives 20 gauge 3/16" crown staples 1" in length. The LHF2025K is excellent for installing 1/4" to 1/2" tongue and groove engineered flooring.
