EquityTouch 2.3® Released by Touch Ahead Software
Deal sourcing collaboration tool for the Alternative Asset Industry updated to newest version.
Boston, MA, September 16, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Touch Ahead Software, LLC recently released EquityTouch® 2.3. The web-based CRM solution is specifically geared towards the alternative asset industry. Its newest version boasts numerous system and performance enhancements. EquityTouch specializes in deal-sourcing collaboration, which assists with managing complex business relationships.
Based on the “Touch” concept, EquityTouch serves as both a CRM solution and a deal sourcing collaboration tool. Touches are any transaction or communication involved in daily business activities that include emails, events, phone calls, and meetings. These Touches are then organized by the application by company, contact, and Touch type for easy reference.
System enhancements in EquityTouch 2.3 include:
Touch Delete – Administrators now have the ability to delete “Touches” within EquityTouch to eliminate duplicate Touches keeping the database organized.
Created By/Modified By Enhancements: Touches which are displayed on the Touches Tab (of both Company and Person records) now have additional information displayed at the bottom of each individual Touch panel that includes:
The date and time of Touch creation
The user who created the Touch
The date and time of the last modification of the Touch
The user who last modified the Touch
In the case where the Touch has not yet been modified since it
was created, only the date and time of Touch creation, and the
user who created the Touch, is displayed.
Streamlined Merges - Previously when records were merged a Touch was created, noting all relevant field values which were preserved, over-written, or addended. Merge data is now stored safely and securely "behind the scenes."
Improved Support Page – Links to the newly launched support portal are found either under the “Actions” tab or in the footer of each page.
