Corporate Fuel Adds Restructuring Professionals

New York, NY, September 18, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Corporate Fuel is pleased to announce that Stephen Tisdell and Michael Sandnes, experts in restructuring and financial stability, have joined the firm. Messrs. Tisdell and Sandnes will lead an operations and financial restructuring team at the firm and will focus on the healthcare, education and real estate sectors.

Stephen Tisdell: Mr. Tisdell is a seasoned financial officer and restructuring executive, with particular experience in healthcare, higher education, retail and real estate matters. A former KPMG auditor, Mr. Tisdell served as CFO or a senior financial executive of several NYSE-listed public companies, including Brooks Drug Stores, a regional drug store chain; Service Merchandise, a national catalog showroom retailer; and Central Parking Corporation, an international parking and transportation company with 5,000 locations in 12 countries. In addition, Mr. Tisdell served as CFO of Maison Blanche Department Stores, a privately held regional department store chain. In his senior financial executive roles, he has been involved in many mergers and acquisitions and has taken several companies public. Mr. Tisdell is also an expert in governance issues, having consulted boards and board audit committees on a range of compliance and related issues. Mr. Tisdell is a member of the Advisory Board of Tennessee State University and formerly was a board chair of The Catholic Charities Board of Middle Tennessee; the Chairman of the Audit Committee of the Diocese of Nashville; a director of Dismas Inc, a multi-state half-way house for ex-felons; and Southern University in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

Michael Sandnes: Mr. Sandnes is a twenty-five year healthcare senior executive and consultant. Mr. Sandnes has held chief executive responsibility for dozens of long term care facilities on a permanent and interim basis. In addition, Mr. Sandnes has acted as a court-appointed receiver, facilitating the daily operation of the institution until an asset sale or long term solution has been achieved. Mr. Sandnes has also been permanent chief executive or crisis manager of several regional or specialty acute care hospitals. Given his familiarity with healthcare, Mr. Sandnes has experience with allied healthcare institutions, including rehabilitation hospitals, imaging centers and continuing care facilities. Mr. Sandnes is a retired Captain, US Army - Medical Services Corp. He earned his MHA from Central Michigan University and a BBA from Eastern Michigan University.
