Candice Price, Executive Producer said "UAO’s work in urban core communities has had a positive impact on the perception of outdoors sporting; successfully creating a new diverse generation of sports enthusiast. We were able to achieve previous goals and the outcome far exceeded our initial expectations. Our grass roots initiative is an ideal tool for mentoring and promoting outdoor sporting nationally and recruiting more urban dwellers and children which will ensure the future and the importance of outdoor sports for other generations to enjoy. UAO is full inclusive and we are very much aware that the minority market is extremely instrumental to the future survival of the Outdoor Industry as a whole. It is important that the transition is positively perceived by this market."
