Peter Mulvihill Joins Accel Networks

Peter Mulvihill joins Accel Networks, LLC (“Accel”) as Director of Strategic Accounts. Mulvihill brings with him more than 15 years of experience in global communications sales, marketing, and business development. Mulvihill will focus on developing new vertical market segments for Accel, with particular focus on segments where Accel’s solutions serve needs that are not currently being met by existing communication technologies.

St. Petersburg, FL, September 22, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Peter Mulvihill joins Accel Networks, LLC (“Accel”) as Director of Strategic Accounts. Mulvihill brings with him more than 15 years of experience in global communications sales, marketing, and business development. Mulvihill will focus on developing new vertical market segments for Accel, with particular focus on segments where Accel’s solutions serve needs that are not currently being met by existing communication technologies.

Mulvihill’s experience includes a diverse background throughout the communications industry, including his most recent position as senior account executive for direct/indirect sales with New Edge Networks in New York. He has also worked with ShoreTel, Inc., MCI/VerizonBusiness, and Telstra, Inc. Previously while at Shoretel, he was responsible for sales through two of their largest Global Partners, AT&T and Black Box in a 22 state region. He also served as Global Account Manager with MCI/VerizonBusiness, as well holding other sales and management positions in the telecommunications field.
