Las Vegas, NV, September 22, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Prudential Americana Group continues its free Town Hall series on Saturday, September 25, to help distressed homeowners evaluate their options and plan their next steps. Scheduled speakers include Tisha Black-Chernine of the Black & Lobello law firm, mortgage and lending experts and Mark Stark, CEO of Prudential Americana Group. Black-Chernine is one of the city’s leading experts in real estate law.

At our Town Hall meetings, you are with people who are all in the same boat and truly want to do the right thing…they just don’t know what that is.” Stark said the free event, scheduled from 10 a.m. to noon at Green Valley Ranch Resort, gives homeowners a chance to ask questions and get honest advice on their options.

“Every situation is different, but there are some overriding similarities to what your options are,” said Stark. “In some cases, you need to know the laws before you make a decision. In others, you need to discuss the steps for a short sale with a Realtor. This group of professionals is committed to helping homeowners and the Town Hall meetings are a perfect place to meet the experts plan your next steps.”
