Classical Connect Debuts Concert Schedules for Musicians
Allows musicians to promote their concerts on the popular classical music web site.

To that end, the site added Concert Schedules for musicians to publicize their concerts on classicalconnect.com. This feature was designed to augment concert schedules that some musicians already have on their personal web sites. To implement the Concert Schedules feature, musicians’ personal pages were expanded to allow them to enter information about future concerts such as dates, venues, programs, and other promotional materials. Once an event is entered, the concert is displayed on the musician’s personal page as well as on the front-page in the Concerts Calendar. Moreover, an announcement featuring the concert appears for two days – the day before the concert and the day of the concert itself –on the front-page News and Updates tab. Since this tab is visible to all logged-on users, this information will be seen by a large number of people.
